After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

I think that there is nothing wrong with the company. They have dealt with my query extremely well. Very quick to reply to both my emails. I think we have been unlucky with the Mirror purchased which was broken when it arrived. A replacement Mirror was sent to us and again the second mirror was damaged on arrival. I assume it was damaged in transit. I therefore requested a refund by email and the next day I was fully refunded.

Bought a floating shelf. Shelf is great quality. Unfortunately, had to return (not due to anything wrong with the product - just wasn't looking right in the room). Return process was really easy. Was handled by James, who was an absolute star Totally recommend 👌

Do not buy from this company! I very rarely write online reviews, but had to in this case. I bought what was listed as a solid pine outdoor modular sofa, and I've never had such a terrible experience. For one, it was absolutely not made out of solid pine. It was incredibly flimsy wood which meant after you'd spent a number of painstaking hours trying to put it together, it wouldn't even hold my weight (and I am very much not a heavy person!). The process of putting together the furniture was beyond infuriating, and I have put together a lot of flat pack furniture successfully in recent years. Planks of wood were cut to different sizes. Ends were left unsanded and rough (which made up the tops of the sofa, which very much would be on view). There were marks for screws where it was impossible to put them due to another metal screw colliding with it underneath. I would absolutely never buy from this company again.

Ordered a bed via Debenhams. When it arrived it was impossible to put together as some pieces are too small. Wood was poor quality, lots of splinters all over the floor and had to sand down most edges, one part of the frame split and finally a metal screw snapped in the attempted assembly. Not safe for my son to sleep on. Contacted provided customer services email a week ago and no reply.

Do not buy a powder coated raised bed from them. I bought 2 and here I am 3 hours later and I’m not even half way through peeling plastic off one planter! It comes in 50-60 pieces all covered in very sticky plastic so I’m guessing assembly is going to take just as long 😭
