Excellent Customer Service
Purchased a product online from B&Q, when the product arrived I had an issue and had to contact the seller direct. Emailed them Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning had a response asking for some more information. Once supplied I received a response offering a solution,which I declined after a further two emails all resolved. All I can say excellent customer service,it should have been five star but knocked it down to four due to issue with product.
