After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

They don’t reply to their emails, I guess this is their way of avoiding issuing a return & refund. I have an item brought that’s unopened and unused and have emailed on two separate occasions regarding this. Please write a response so this can be resolved.

The delivery arrived very quickly and was excellent condition. Unfortunately the set wasn't as we expected, so we contacted customer service to request a return and refund. They responded straight away and very quickly sorted it out for us. The customer service support has been excellent and although the furniture wasn't what we wanted (it is hard to tell online), I wouldn't hesitate buying from Berkfield Home in the future.
