After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

I received the double bed frame, however it appears to have many marks on the wooden planks. I contacted Burtfield Homes and they responded very quickly and even on a Sunday. They offered me a full replacement. I’m giving the company a five stars review due to the quick response times and how they handled the faulty product.

I had a problem with one of the bedside tables ordered. Berkfield dealt with it very efficiently and refunded me immediately with no problems making everything stressfree. Would be happy to use them again

I recently bought a screen through Amazon from Berkfield. It was not suitable for my particular needs though nothing wrong in itself so I asked to return it. It took a couple of months due to an administrative error but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a full refund, be treated with the utmost courtesy and not have to return the bulky item ( I’ll donate it to the Cancer Research shop)
