Poor customer service response time

Purchased an item from Berkfield Home via Debenhams. Item arrived in good time however it was in a terrible state , poor wood work , poor paint job looks as though it’s been used and returned. Emailed customer services 12 days ago still waiting on a reply after 3 attempts. Surprised by the reviews below stating a quick response within 48 hours, I’m still waiting 12 days later. Very disappointed Edit - received the below message in response to this. You have still not contacted me or replied to any email , if you expect me to email you again How are you not replying to my previous emails?! I have contacted Debenhams directly who have responded to me via their customer care team.
