Great service

Have been customer with Paul since they started in 2001. Although we still have the large dish in the garden which we needed in those days, all the other equipment is till going strong. Have just signed up for the router service mainly because I trust Paul to have the best equipment and on the end of the phone if needed. If in doubt go with him for your needs in this category.

Thoroughly competent and very helpful in sorting out a problem I had. I have found in the past that they are also very honest.

Excellent service from all the team . Very professional and super helpful , many thanks to the team !

Good solution, excellent service and support particularly during installation. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Contacted several companies to install uk tv . Paul responded immediately , we spoke and he was informative and offered a fast installation . We have been in Spain for many years and tried numerous companies to obtain an efficient, stable and economical service for providing UK TV but without doubt Base Satellite have to be right of the top of our search for providing an amazing, reliable and economical service. Paul & Carolyn are a pleasure to deal with. No nonsense, highly efficient, they get on with the job and do a good one. Thank you both & Gary for your professional and helpful service.

Engaged Base Satellite to add a dual-lnb to an existing dish, and to run cable to my apartment (sharing use of dish with another apartment). Engineer arrived on time, was friendly, and spent a long time running the cable to my apartment. Before starting he visited the apartment of the dish owner to verify his existing reception to ensure nothing was lost after the work he was about to undertake. He re-visited afterwards to ensure things were still ok. Subsequent to the install, my neighbour reported loss of a number of channels. Base Satellite came out and have worked with my neighbour to come to resolution (local interference determined to be root cause). Very professional. Would recommend.

Nice and quick service

Most trustworthy business i know off !

always helpful

We've been with this reliable and efficient company for several years - and have always found them to be extremely helpful. We live in the north east of Spain and with just one call to Paul or Caroline they have been able to help solve any problem with their polite and friendly support and service.

Good honest service, and good level of update communications.

I couldn´t fault the service at all. They were very professional and well experienced. I'm so pleased I found a trustworthy company, as there are very few companies that are to be trusted. Thank you!!
