Customer since two years, never had an issue with Base Satellite

Been dealing with Base satellites for over six years. Great service from Paul and his team. Always on hand if there is a problem and quick to respond with a solution on the rare occasion help is needed. Rob from down Malaga way.

Never fixed my TV properly. Were very unhappy / unsympathetic about being asked to return to fix it. And didn't. Wish I'd never used them.

Never had any problems that were not resolved quickly.

Have been with Base for approximately 5/6 years now and always found them to be very helpful when needed. During the last incident a few months ago (not caused by them), they were extremely helpful in assisting both myself and others with the difficult situation that had arisen. I have nothing but kind words to say about them.

I have worked with base satellite for many years and yes there has been small issues, but they address them quickly and professionally and are streets ahead of there competition and I have no problem recommending them.

I live in the South of France and used Base Satellite for changing my contract with Sky and I bought a new Sky box. The box arrived literally the next day and the account was set up that very day. Paul and Caroline are extremely helpfull and have helped answer several queries since the contract started including subscribing to BT Sports which we managed to sort out within a couple of hours (abotu half an hour before kick off!) They are very responsive to emails. I recommend them 100%

Nice Easy Site

I have found when using stations other than BBC there is some freezing and the box turns itself on and off. Also i have problems where the persons lips do not move in time to the words. But it is a good service for the money . I have changed my review from 2 to 3 stars

We have been using Base satellite for the last four years. We have their UK TV Router installed at home, as well as them supplying our Sky TV card and doing all the paperwork and dialogue with Sky over the terms and deals that they recommend, as Sky change their offers. Paul and his wife Caroline have been mega helpful in all of our dealings with them and Paul has really put himself out on several occasions to help us in various situations that have arisen. I can't recommend them enough , as a serious, highly professional business, that is sometimes so very difficult to find here on the Costas. Highly recommended!!

My experience of working with this company has been nothing short of five stars. The original installation at our old apartment went perfectly. Three months later we moved to a Villa and need a new dish which had to go on the roof. Again, everything went smoothly and very quickly considering the amount of work involved. We now have full Sky including catch up. I have already recommended Base to a number of my cfriends.

Great service for over 15 years. Straight forward explanations of options, pros and cons, and good problem solving skills. In my line of business I encounter many expats who feel bamboozled by the companies offering satellite and internet services and I readily recommend Base as a company willing to listen to what their clients want and then providing them with the best options available in plain English.
