Great choice of products, excellent service delivered professionally, and friendly people... my cup of tea.

Always had great service and would recommend Base Satellite with no reservations. I have used both their router and satellite services for many years and never had any kind of issue. I have used their services when I have been in France and Germany with no problems.

The team at Base Satellite have been great over the years. 99.9% of the time the system works perfect but if ever we do get a problem they are always available to help. It isn't always an issue with their router but they are always willing to offer advice on what the issue might be. Regular email updates too about dates when their office is closed so you can plan any issue or pay bills ahead of time. Highly recommend.

After an horrendous fire in our area we contacted Base to ask for an Estimate for a new installation for our Insurance claim. Paul responded the same day emailing us all the paperwork we required also giving us a date for the installation to commence. His Tecno man Gary arrived on time was very efficient and helpful replacing everything and leaving everywhere clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone

Sound free advice followed by very good value for money service with very efficient installation leaving everything clean and tidy with just an excellent TV package as proof of their visit. Always ready with after sales help if required. Would recommend without hesitation

ten years since our installation and in that time any small problem ( no large ones! ) dealt with quickly.
