Satellite Dish connection
Engaged Base Satellite to add a dual-lnb to an existing dish, and to run cable to my apartment (sharing use of dish with another apartment). Engineer arrived on time, was friendly, and spent a long time running the cable to my apartment. Before starting he visited the apartment of the dish owner to verify his existing reception to ensure nothing was lost after the work he was about to undertake. He re-visited afterwards to ensure things were still ok. Subsequent to the install, my neighbour reported loss of a number of channels. Base Satellite came out and have worked with my neighbour to come to resolution (local interference determined to be root cause). Very professional. Would recommend.
