Both the staff I spoke to were very helpful and very patient!! I prefer to deal with a human in order to confirm I was adequately covered by the insurance. Am a total technophobe but was not made to feel silly when inputting things incorrectly. Was guided and came away with confidence. Massive thanks to the staff concerned for humanising the process...

I have had AXA car insurance for a number of years and have had numerous cars insured, with no requirement to claim. I recently called to inform them that I had purchased another vehicle but the operative that I spoke to referred me back to website as they couldn’t change my policy and were unable to give me a new policy quote ?? Pretty useless ! The new policy materialised to be a ridiculous £500 increase for a less powerful car !

How easy it was to complete the questions, although I made a couple of mistakes the system advised me and it was so simple to make the changes.
Axa dealt with my claim quickly and paid me out promptly. Adding my new car to my policy using my online account was easy and free of charge. The increased cost to add my new car was reasonably priced.
I was trying to make changes to my insurance,someone named zach came onto the online chat,helped me to do it,made it an easy task. Also good,hassle free insurance and not to expensive.
I am very unhappy. The complete system is based on the customer having an online AXA Account which is fine but not as in my case when the system does not allow you or refuses to open the account. I already have an account but the system refuses to allow me to add my Car Account to it. I have cancelled automatic renewal on my home insurance and will now try to cancel the car insurance which is not due to commence for a further 20+ days. Every effort to resolve the problems give the solution of going into my AXA Account which I cant do because they are unable to add this new polkicy to it.
