I am very unhappy
I am very unhappy. The complete system is based on the customer having an online AXA Account which is fine but not as in my case when the system does not allow you or refuses to open the account. I already have an account but the system refuses to allow me to add my Car Account to it. I have cancelled automatic renewal on my home insurance and will now try to cancel the car insurance which is not due to commence for a further 20+ days. Every effort to resolve the problems give the solution of going into my AXA Account which I cant do because they are unable to add this new polkicy to it.
