Expensive and poor Customer service.
I have had AXA car insurance for a number of years and have had numerous cars insured, with no requirement to claim. I recently called to inform them that I had purchased another vehicle but the operative that I spoke to referred me back to website as they couldn’t change my policy and were unable to give me a new policy quote ?? Pretty useless ! The new policy materialised to be a ridiculous £500 increase for a less powerful car !
