Had a very disastrous house fire and have found the claim process very very difficult. It is now more than a year since the fire and there is lots of work still to do

It was easy to take out insurance
I 'pphoned to transfer insurance to a new car. The lady quickly gave me a costing, and explained it would be free if I did it online. This I did, and the website was clear and the process quickly completed. Very impressed by both expepriences!

AXA had some very good packages and the one I chose was great for me. It was very easy to Navigate through the process of gaining my insurance and they were super quick in organizing and confirming the package. A Very nice thank you email was also sent to me and appriciated.
