Time you came was beyond I thought you would come
I had to file a claim and honestly, this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with something like this. I made the phone call and had a plumber here in less than two hours and the problem was fixed an hour after that. That is great customer service! Paying the extra monthly fee onto your water bill is worth the protection and peace of mind you will have.
Professional service and technicians
We have a sewer line protection program with AWR and on several occasions, we needed to have a clog removed. Each time the service was done promptly, and the workers were both friendly and helpful. I give AWR high ratings for their service.

Thank you for a great experience. I called to report a leak in the water line coming in to our home and before I was done with your customer service rep I had the plumber calling, impressive. The only downside that I had was I had trouble understanding the customer service rep, she was pleasant but had a strong accent.

The customer service need a lot of improvement. I have only used the plumbing service and each time in trying to make an appointment, it has taken over 20 minutes. In that time frame, I experienced being put on hold sometimes over 5 minutes. Explaining my issues with my plumbing problems encountered my having to explain it over and over again.
