Awful company to deal with! I will never use another gym that uses this company. I gave 30 days notice less than a week after paying my DD, and they are holding me to another Mths payment even though I am moving away from the area. Rude communication from staff member called Hannah that just says read our t&cs. Greedy people that will just take as much as possible even when you try to leave.
Straightforward and prompt.
I had to give up my membership after only one week. I emailed the company apologising saying i hoped i could rejoin in the future. They said, yeah, no prob. No nonsense about keeping me to a long contract or anything like that. Very refreshing ... if only British Gas / EDF etc were like this!!!!!

I needed to pause my membership due to needing surgery. The team at AMM made it a very quick and easy thing to do, along with reinstating it now that I'm ready to go back. It was sorted within a matter of minutes via live chat and the staff member who dealt with me was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.

Terrible company!!!! Offers zero customer service and has a convoluted cancellation process clearly designed to take advantage of their customers. Still awaiting a response to cancel my membership via email and the live chat had conveniently gone down whilst attempting to use it . This has lead to another payment being taken out during this cancellation process and after this the chat has now miraculously begun working and my cancellation process accepted. However not without advising of a 30 day notice period and an apparent additional monthly payment to be taken out after this period to allow the account to close. Seemingly costing me over £50 to just cancel my membership. Such a shame as the gym itself is brilliant (old school Jim’s) just the management company is a joke
Appalling experience. Firstly, payments were taken in error after cancelling membership. Then it took weeks to resolve primarily because you can’t talk to anyone. The online chat is painfully laborious. My email with proof of membership cancellation was ignored. Initially they denied having it, then some time later confirmed receipt but admitted it was unanswered (ignored) it as it was sent from a different email address to their records. Eventually they offered to refund the payments. Very poor management and even worse communication.

Kingdom gym is a fantastic facility full of good equipment and friendly staff. In cancelling my membership (due only to a move in location) Hannah was incredibly friendly and helpful. If I ever find myself looking for a gym again in Birmingham I will be returning to Kingdom without hesitation.
