Cancelled my DD for my local gym and was then charged “interest” of £27 for late payment when the direct debit was cancelled. They have no phone line so you cannot call them to get help. Spoke with Holly who was extremely unhelpful. Terrible customer service and would avoid.

Zoe helped with making my final payment before cancelling my membership. She was very helpful and efficient. She also removed the late payment charged initially applied to my account following my cancelling my direct debit in error before the final payment was made.
