I was having trouble logging into my gyms new app, I contacted the support and a lovely lady called Beth didn’t hesitate to help! I was contacted shortly after me sending the form through and got the issue sorted within minutes, absolutely fantastic service

Great experience with the guys. Had an issue with booking a session using Android app. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. The service is very professional. Would recommend it to others.
You will regret it - signed up for a 12 month membership last year paid 12 instalments…assumed I would now be automatically on a rolling 30 day commitment. However when I tried to cancel they are telling me that I need to make five more payments! They have recontracted me for another 12 months commitment. Avoid! Why would I sign up to another commitment when I could have carried on monthly? That’s entrapment Just check their Google reviews poor company, they were taken to the high court for this sort of thing…

Just pure scum of a company back in 2010. They had a High Court proceedings against them for unfair contracts They are still not learning today my gym membership of simply gym bounced. You would’ve thought they were just took out a couple of days later the same amount of money, but I honestly think I’m believe that they are going to fine me and I don’t have ridiculous charges I’ve had this before and I told simply gym if they do not sort it out. I will leave that gym and looks like I’m gonna have to do it again. This company does unfair practices GoCardless never charge any interest. They just simply take it out a week later you need to do better as a reason why I was a high court proceedings against his company. Just a quick update I don’t know why I can’t respond to Ashbourne they do Levy heavy charges put an interest charge of £17 it’s a bit steep. This company refuses to take any responsibility. I have contacted simply gym and I have told them I have cancelled my direct debit and told them why they are not impressed with Ashbourne because they’re losing members of this ridiculous company that they use to get payment from there members simply gym said they will get in contact with Ashbourne Like I said, you only have to google their company name to find out what a horrible company they and if they carry on, they’ll be taken to court again Just a quick update, Ashbourne, never wrote me an email and still never returned the heavy charge to my bank account. Unfortunately now simply gym has lost a member because of this awful company. Just remember Ashbourne simply gym is your customer to and if you carry on you will lose them because I can’t imagine any company will put up with the poor customer service that you give out.
