Im happy with i got the insurance cuz.I wasn't able to go to the concert and got my full refund.
It was a pretty quick and easy process! Keep your receipts and keep your proof and fill out your information. It’s as easy as that!

I inquired about renewing my annual Allianz travel coverage. The courteous representative gave the proper information and I renewed my policy.

I only received $50 refund/credit. I submitted a claim on 4 tickets that could not be used. I guess in the fine print somewhere it says only one per event. I purchased insurance on all the tickets not just one. I paid $98.90 per ticket. I understand that the ticket fee is nonrefundable, but the full amount of the ticket should be. I paid an additional $10 per ticket for the insurance coverage. They sent me $50. So, I am still in the negative. I will not purchase this coverage again.

I can only provide a review base on selecting the insurance, since I did not need to make a claim. The coverage seemed fair for the price, it was easy to purchase, and the one time I called customer servince I got right through. However, with any insurance you purchase, check the reviews to see if they pay their claims, because all insurance companies refuse to pay some to many of their legitimate claims.
