Allianz Partners USA Reviews

We had friends recommend Allianz in the past. We used Allianz for a previous trip and we were glad we didn't need to use the insurance but were at peace during the trip knowing we had good coverage if needed. So we sign up for your insurance again for an upcoming trip.

I recently had to cancel a trip due to reasons and I'm incredibly pleased with the prompt and efficient service I received from Allianz travel insurance. Thank you.

I bought 3 tickets had to sell one back to Ticketmaster due to a illness and no reimbursement from this insurance

Trustworthy company

Great business to work with. Easy to navigate website and keep up to date with current info.

I felt secure knowing I had Allianz coverage.

Allianz has asked for the same documents over and over again. The company will not accepts receipts from hotels, the cruise company or, the airlines. The lastest demand is a copy of my credit card billing statement. I believe this opens me up to fraud if I provide my credit company statements

The process was easy. Submit the invoice..review.. decision..payment. so very thankful i had purchased this coverage.

I had a flight delay on August 4 for two days in London. I filed a claim with alliance on August 8. 10 days later, they asked for one additional piece of information which I provided immediately. I have not heard from them since August 18, almost a full month. I am now paying for my cost of being in London with my credit card. I think their communication is terrible. I’m not sure if I will ever get this claim resolved.

Had an issue with a flight which was cancelled and my rebooked flight was 13 hours later. The insurance covered our meals and drinks while waiting at the airport. Well worth the cost of the travel insurance.

They respond quickly and pay claims.

I submitted the required paperwork and the refund was immediate. No jumping hoops just honest business.

It was easy to find and purchase insurance online. Luckily and thankfully, we didn't need to use it :)

I trust Allianz. I've had annual travel insurance numerous years, only had 1 smallish claim but it was handled quickly and without any hassle.

Easy to navigate website. I have used your insurance before. I have the whole family set up for this insurance for our family vacation overseas all 19 of us. I recommend this insurance company

Fair price, easy to navigate website. My family and I have peace of mind traveling with the insurance coverage.

Allianz required a very reasonable documentation of the issue that prevented us attending the U.S. Open. They refunded our tickets without question. And they did it very promptly. Rather surprising and very pleasing. Would recommend to others.

Easy to navigate their website and find the insurance that suits your needs.

Very easy and reasonable priced.

Money well spent! You just never know what life is going to toss you from one day to the next. Thank you.
