Im happy with i got the insurance cuz.I wasn't able to go to the concert and got my full refund.

The claims process was very straighforward. All agents we spoke with were very helpful. Our claim was paid promptly.
I found the support staff willing to listen to the circumstances of my claim and then may a fair and reasonable judgement that conformed to what I believe the coverage allowed. My case was not standard and it too a couple of iterations to provide the information they needed, but we completed the process successfully.

I submitted a claim under the wrong title and the young man (Jorge) helped me through the process of correcting the form. He was very patient and willing to help.
Luckily, we haven't had to use this yet.
This company is the only reason I am not afraid to travel. I got stuck in SXM due to a hurricane and the airline refused to cover anything so I had to come out of pocket for a family of 4. Allianz reimbursed me everything I spent with no hassle. All I had to do was provide them with all of my receipts.. It was the most stressless part of my entire vacation.
