I only received $50 refund/credit
I only received $50 refund/credit. I submitted a claim on 4 tickets that could not be used. I guess in the fine print somewhere it says only one per event. I purchased insurance on all the tickets not just one. I paid $98.90 per ticket. I understand that the ticket fee is nonrefundable, but the full amount of the ticket should be. I paid an additional $10 per ticket for the insurance coverage. They sent me $50. So, I am still in the negative. I will not purchase this coverage again.
