30 days and no response
I had a flight delay on August 4 for two days in London. I filed a claim with alliance on August 8. 10 days later, they asked for one additional piece of information which I provided immediately. I have not heard from them since August 18, almost a full month. I am now paying for my cost of being in London with my credit card. I think their communication is terrible. I’m not sure if I will ever get this claim resolved.
