Simple and easy process to purchase and use the test. However it’s been a few weeks and all I have received is surveys to rate my experience. I haven’t had any update on when I will receive the results and what they will be like, so it’s very hard to rate an experience I haven’t had yet
I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Allergy Test Australia. Firstly, I experienced significant delays in receiving my test kit, which only arrived weeks after purchase. I had to contact your team to inquire about the delay, at which point I was informed of warehouse issues. Although I was assured that the kit would be posted on the same day, it was only shipped the following day. After finally receiving the kit, I followed your best practice recommendations and completed the test on a Monday morning to optimize the quality of the results. However, I was frustrated to encounter another delay of about a week before contacting your team again. It was then that I learned my sample was being shipped to the UK for processing. This revelation was extremely concerning, as I was not informed prior to purchase that my personal information and blood sample, containing my DNA, would be sent overseas. This lack of transparency made me feel very uncomfortable. Adding to my frustration, I received your email over a week ago informing me that the processing machine was broken. Since then, I have heard nothing further from your team regarding the status of my test. Meanwhile, I have been receiving constant promotional emails offering discounts to sell more tests. This relentless marketing activity, despite the issues I’ve faced, has only reinforced the impression that your company prioritizes sales over customer care. I feel disrespected and furious about how this situation has been handled.

The money came out of my account but I did not receive or was able to access the 3 pet allergy tests that I paid for. There is no way to contact you or speak to anybody in regards to this. I tried email, no response, after extensively looking for a phone number I called it and left a message, no reply. This is very disappointing. I called the bank and they said you are operating from the UK. I purchased the 3 allergy tests on 5 October 2024 it is now the 5 Dec 2024. I would like somebody to contact me either by email or phone number to clear up the reason and supply me with the products I paid for.

Took forever to process, and results were not as extensive as I thought they would be. Some things that I know I'm allergic to are not on the allergy list. Instead, those things are on the intollerance list. Who cares if it's difficult to digest if I'm allergic to it. Every single thing listed on my results that indicated MAJOR INTOLLERANCE does not affect me at all. So what is the use of these tests? Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I gained absolutely nothing from the process. Complete garbage and waste of money.

This company is deliberately vague about the allergy sample process. They have no processes in place to track the samples and do not advise customers that their blood is being sent to the UK and may take weeks or months to arrive. It is inconceivable that a blood specimen which spends weeks in international transit can be scientifically sound for testing.
Had a Monday blackout trying to activate my blood test and went online to chat with Jesse, who was very proffessional and helpful during my senior moment. Thanks again and would highly reccomend. Looking forward to my results
