Had trouble with the follow up instructions after purchase bc I never received an email about my order. But Jordan on the live chat located it quickly and sent me the links to complete the process.
After purchasing, only received a “Welcome” email with no instructions or form for the sensitivities hair sample kit. Jordan was helpful with the address and confirming that labelling was okay. Haven’t sent in yet, so can’t comment on continued transaction.
Emily was of great assistance and prompt with her responses, alleviating concerns about the long processing time of my sample.

I have not received my blood test results despite being told it takes 5 to 7 business days from receiving the samples. I used express post so that I could track when my test was received by you. Also, I cannot log in to the app despite having an account & being able to log in to that on a desktop computer. Once logged into the account on desktop, there is nowhere that results are available either. Then I decided to read reviews about this company, only to find that you are a massive scam.
Emily was so helpful getting me access to my account and sending me a new copy of my results. I have always had great customer service from them!

Avoid! I bought online an Allergy&Intolerance blood test on the 4th of December and sent back on the 9th of December and still no any updates. I have emailed them many times no response. Please respond and confirm that you received my blood test and email my results.
I ordered a testing kit and I found it still hasn't arrived in my mail. When I contacted the Live Support, "Kai", who was so friendly to assist me told be I opted for a digital submission and that's the reason for not receiving the test kit on mail. She then helped me to resend the digital kit to email. I am so happy with their customer support
The test took many weeks to come back and the excuses for this lacked credibility. One of the results said I had a major problem with pistachio nuts. I've never noticed any problems with them. I know I have issues with lactose. The test said otherwise. $270 for something as plausible as a horoscope.
