Received no allergy tests
The money came out of my account but I did not receive or was able to access the 3 pet allergy tests that I paid for. There is no way to contact you or speak to anybody in regards to this. I tried email, no response, after extensively looking for a phone number I called it and left a message, no reply. This is very disappointing. I called the bank and they said you are operating from the UK. I purchased the 3 allergy tests on 5 October 2024 it is now the 5 Dec 2024. I would like somebody to contact me either by email or phone number to clear up the reason and supply me with the products I paid for.
