Allergy Test

I contacted the live chat to request a copy of my test results from 2020 which I had lost. I dealt with Cameron and he sorted his out in a few minutes. Great service.

Yes similar to other reviews where I did not receive a confirmation e-mail which is very disconcerting and never received an order number as a result which is a prerequisite to activate the service!! This needs to be sorted. Luckily the day was saved by Casey who was able to locate my order number which allowed me to proceed…this was the most efficent part of the service so far!! Thanks again to Casey 👍👍

The process is fine, however I did experience a delay in receiving my results. I thought I would be emailed, but wasn’t. In reaching out to customer service, Terry was able to help very quickly and send my results.

Testing was easy. Some communication problems receiving the results, but all was quickly resolved by customer service person Kai. In general a very easy way to get allergy results for a toddler.

I received the thyroid one but haven't received the allergy one not happy

Blood/allergy test did not update in the system and I ended up emailing Avery who promptly assisted in sending me the report. Thanks Avery!

The online chat with Avery was great. I wasn't sure when to expect my sample results, and it had been a while. It was lost in translation, so he looked them up, re-sent them, and made sure I had them before leaving the chat. Quick and easy...I have yet to review the results, but customer service so far has been very pleasant. Thanks!

Ordered four tests. Received no confirmation email. Tests took more than three weeks to arrive. Thought I had been scammed. Pet allergy test still hasn’t arrived. Each packet had two needle prick devices for blood draw, of the six only two functioned correctly.

Easy simple process. Very intrigued by the results.

Sent it back over two months ago and havent heard a thing back. Made contact 4 weeks ago online and got told it can take a while. Still nothing. Feel like that was money wasted.

Unfortunately I did not get my results as quickly as I had hoped. I contacted them by chat and spoke to Shawn. Within a minutes I had my results. Even though the results were delayed by email, the customer service by Shawn was excellent.

I made a few mistakes on my submission card and customer service representative was able to help me very quickly.
