Support is great
Support is great. Initial instructions could be a bit more clear. I also had some trouble loading the email so I could not get to the link for the download form with instructions and bar code. Terry was great though!

Inaccurate results & long wait time
Inaccurate results, better to go to the doctor and get tested in person. From the time I gave the sample to the time I got the result was 3 weeks. I paid extra money to get the result faster, you also have to pay to send back your sample in an envelope they give you. After a bit of research I regretted buying this test, online allergy and intolerance tests are highly inaccurate and NOT backed by science and research as they falsely claimed on their website. It is quite controversial that they stated this on their website. The results stated I am allergic to peanuts, hazlenut and rice, which made me laugh since I eat rice almost every day with zero reaction, I also have peanut butter and hazlenut with no reaction. I bought 2 kits (for myself and husband), trusting what they said on the website was true. It was not cheap and I am upset.
