Did the blood test to check for allergies and intolerance. Test kit was useful and easy. After posting it back it took quite a while to receive the confirmation that they had received it. But once I got this email, the blood was tested and I received the results within 3 days. Was useful and informative and are now avoiding certain foods and was great to confirm some suspected allergies. Would recommend

Cameron was able to help with all my questions and was amazing! However, I am not happy with why I had to ask the questions. I ordered 2 tests. I filled out the form for 1 and downloaded. I could not get back to the page to do the 2nd and was not able to find it anywhere on the account. I also did not receive an email receipt verifying the purchase. Additionally, the system assigned me a password for the account that I could not change without knowing what it was. I had to ask for it. Cameron provided the link for the 2nd test to download and provided me the password that was assigned to my new account created. He was not able to send me a receipt but he did send me an email with my order details.

My 1st test got rejected as not enough blood provided however the sent me another kit for free and extra lances and 2nd test was accepted. Very detailed results and Lucie was very good in dealing with my follow up questions - Highly recommended!

I ordered and did the test back at the beginning of November. Here it is the 1st of January and Still waiting for results. Obviously is very expensive scam. Never again and don’t get caught like I have been.
