I sent you via registered post weeks ago my hair specimen for analysis. I have received no communications from you regarding receipt or test results. Some weeks later I am updating my original review from 1* to 4* because I have just come across an earlier reply from Allergy Australia confirming receipt of my hair sample which had gone into my phone mail Junk/spam folder. Something I don't usually look at. As this may be an issue with other customers Allergy Australia might like to alert customers via wording on their website that their communications may end up in recipients junk mail.
Have not yet received test but customer service so far has been great, Jordan was super helpful in answering my questions! Much appreciated!

Not an Australian company, samples sent and tested in the UK.
Everything on website says download an App which does not work if you are in Ireland. It says if your having issues contact us via our help chat on our website, this 24/7 chat function does not work at all. Luckily contacting them through Facebook chat did and they were very good. I then did not get my results on time and had to contact them again, they where put in the chat window, instead of emailed to me, even though I asked for them to be emailed a number of times. Eventually I did receive an email, more than a month after I received the results through the help chat. Very glitchy service wise but results layout/presentation was nice.
I had to change my delivery address today after I ordered my test kit. Casey was very helpful and quick.
