They were quick to charge my credit…

They were quick to charge my credit card for an allergy test. After 4 days, I used live chat to find out when the test would be mailed. I was informed I would receive an email shortly with an answer. Four more days passed with no email response. Tried to contact them again and there was no live chat available on their site. I called and the phone number would not accept any calls. This went on for a few days. There website is full of links that go nowhere, you can't check tracking. Decided to do a chargeback on my credit card to forego the hassle of trying to contact them. A little research revealed this company is in England. The mailing address is a sleazy postal mailbox in Florida. In the end, you should be aware that this company is a scam, though they make it look official. To save yourself time and money, run away fast from this scammer company. The business is allergytest.co

Chat helped fast, website needs improving

Blake in the chat was really great and helped me really fast. The website needs improvement. The forgot my password link doesn't work and my forms to submit my samples were not available anywhere even in the downloads section. I am hopeful I have no issues with receiving my results

Blake was fantastic

Blake was fantastic, very helpful. However the site does not work at all well. Tried to recover password twice a couple of hours ago still nothing has come thru. My blood tests results apparently were available over a month ago I did not receive them. Today B,are sent 5he results to me several times and to 2 email addresses they have not come thru to either address and that was over 30 minutes no emails from you have arrived as yet. But Blake ended up giving me an odd that I could copy a link for it. Your site otherwise is very poor. But Blake saved the day for me

ÉQUIPE INCOMPÉTENTE

ÇA ÉTÉ TRÈS LONG. En plus je fais des allergies depuis toujours aux œufs et intolérance aux produits laitier. Ils ne l’ont pas mis dans le test. J’ai fait une plainte et ils m’ont dit que j’aurais un nouveau test à 50% et finalement c’est juste 29$. C’est n’importe quoi. Ils me disait oui vous allez une rabais de 50% et sur 3 liens il n’y avait pas le 50%. J’en reviens pas ça fait 3 personnes différences qui m’ont dit que c’était 50% et quand je leur disait que leur lien était juste 29$ et l’excusait parce que c’était juste 29$.

Underwhelming.

fast results but had to contact support to get the rest of my results maybe? I'm still waiting for an email from the lab and support as of now, but when initially contacting support Jordan was really helpful, however ultimately wasn't able to resolve my issue without forwarding it to the lab which is a bit disappointing feeling like I have to get ahold of support so they can get ahold of support. the test itself doesn't seem very comprehensive, maybe my results are just mild but the results and they way they are laid out is underwhelming and reads kind of sloppy. I learned that im mildly allergic to a couple new things but it definitely as of right now with only half the results has not felt worth the $170+ to learn I have a mild allergy to rice.

A waste of time

I sent samples two months ago and the website says its still awaiting sample. I requested a refund by email, there was no reply. I spoke with live chat and requested an email, they asked me to send the details by email. 5 days later I received an email asking me to send the sample again this time it would be fast. I contacted live chat to ask about my refund request. He said send the details for a refund, I told him the details and he told me to wait. The service is very very slow and no one seems to know what's going on in the company. I spent so much time checking and emailing, it is hardly worth my time for the refund.

Live chat was very helpful. I couldn't activate my kit and Jordan sorted it all out for me. I also didn't have a blood submission form in my kit so Jordan explained what I needed to do. Very happy.

THIS HAS BEEN A COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE…

THIS HAS BEEN A COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE - especially for the price point and considering we are sending them our sensitive heath information and blood!!! They have advertised that there is a USA based office located in Florida. The phone number and automated system has never worked in the weeks I have tried it. The “livechat” offers little to no support and I’m convinced most of the time it is a chatbot. It even said so - see attached. They need to offer trained and helpful HUMAN support and if there’s a USA phone number to call, have someone answer that phone! I had questions about the test and was not helped by the chatbot. Never heard back from any higher level personnel until after I’d taken the test. All I initially wanted to know was a tracking number because my test was delivered late. The receipt emailed didn’t include shipping information which was inconvenient and then worrisome when it was days late. Then I wanted to know if my medication would be an issue. I never got helped and took the test without knowing I should stop taking the 3 allergy medications I take daily. The results suggest I am not reactive at all to substances I’ve had issues with my whole life and new ones that surprise me. When asking for a help understanding the results, a new test or refund, there was no one who could understand my concern and I continue to get automated responses. I’m not convinced this is even a real company and not a scam given the lack of trustworthy human interaction, lies on their website (the chatbot told me there was no USA or outside web presence. THIS HAS BEEN A COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE.

Great test, Great Customer Service

Absolutely love these tests. I have found a lot of thongs I am intolerant to by using them, also, several friends have got a lot of help by using them also. Today I called in and got Usman, he helped with my customer service issues He is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and just overall great customer service.
