My interaction today was helpful with customer service as they provided my test results, however it took me 2 weeks to get to an actual response today after communicating with 2 other agents to get nowhere. Their phone number always says their office is closed no matter what time you call.
The process seemed simple and straight forward however, my results were impossible to get a hold of. I reached out to customer service multiple times. The customer service chat was friendly but I still never got my results during the first two encounters. It was well over a month when I got my results thanks to the last and final attempt to contact customer service again. Jordan was nice enough to just attach the pdf of my results in the chat instead of having me wait around.

I have had a positive experience with this allergy test system. Easy to use test from home. You have to wait approx. a month for results which are thorough. It consists of all food, metals, animals & plant sensitivities which are graded depending how sensitive you are, what I also liked was that they highlighted what minerals & vitamins you were lacking and lists of foods to eat to rectify this, it also tests you for hormones imbalances & your gut flora so it’s far more thorough than any other test I’m aware of. I’d recommend for anyone who is interested in improving their diet and general health. My husband has just got his results today posted 23 Dec so it does take a while for the report to be compiled. There is an app (healthy stuff) that you can download so your results report is easily available when you want to refer to it -it is easy to accidentally delete the emailed results.
I bought the family test 25/11/2023 Sent my samples twice because the first one was lost , i guess. The second parcel was sent with Tracking and I know exactly when they received it. Whenever I reached out to CS. They are just telling me to wait and nothing to worry about. I finally asked for refund, they told me to email my refund request. and guess what there is no confirmation email about received query.
The company was easy to work with and the results were accurate! I bought the family pack due to some suspicions I had with a couple of my kids. The results confirmed it and provided interesting other information. Recently, one child had to have a blood allergy test that showed very similar results. Your test was painless and an easy process. Highly recommend!

Accidentally deleted my test results from my email. Contacted customer service through the live chat. Heather was very professional, helpful, kind and polite. She resent the email immediately and verified I recieved it. Overall I'm satisfied with the company and the amazing customer service they provide!!! Definitely would purchase from them again and if I had any questions I wouldn't hesitate to ask!
A scam. I bought the test a few years ago and I'm still waiting for the result. I contacted them in many occasions, worthless. Didn't get a thing. Just saw today an old e-mail and thought it would be good to write so others won't throw their money away. Amazed with your answer. I contacted you via e-mail up to 5 times and did also via chat and you didn't move a finger. Unfortunately the only thing you care about is a bad review. I paid 620 SEK for nothing and you still have more to say. Incredible. Pathetic.

I did the test, results came back with multiple allergies. I stopped eating those type of food and nothing changed. Went to the inmunologist and did the tests again, in the skin and blood. Not a single one of the allergies mentioned came back. It does not work and it is really expensive. Do not waste your money as the results have nothing to do with reality. They say is because it’s different months and methods of testing, if you are allergic you are allergic, it does not matter how you test it. And one of the allergies was to hazelnuts and it appeared as bright red, so that would be dying of I eat it. It didn’t even give a little bit of allergy in any of the tests and I have eaten it after and nothing happened. One thing is that it might not be exactly the same, and another from a deadly allergy to nothing.

I did try emailing re this but recieved a computer generated generic response, which , in itself should tell you all you need to know. I received a report regarding heavy metals and beside the Metal and its periodic symbol was the statement that this particular metal was an alloy. This was the case for 3 different metals on my report. It may not sound like much,but this raises a huge question as to who is reviewing the reports and who is responsible for the assessment of the information contained in them. Please just be aware of this.
What a total waste of money. One day at work, I broke out in hives all over my face. My doctor said they probably couldn’t pinpoint what cause the reaction. But I needed to know so I bought the Allergy & Intolerance Test Plus kit. The food allergies came back with 13 (low) reactions and the food intolerance came back with 1. The one was green beans. That is laughable. I have no issues whatsoever with green beans. I eat them frequently enough that I would know of any issues. But I guess since the company guarantees they will find something or your money back, they found a food item they thought I didn’t like.
