To be honest at first I was displeased with how long it took and then the results were not consistent with my experience/expectations and my personal doctor told me this test was inaccurate. But as of today I would like to tell you this test and company changed my life and probably even saved it. I took all the things out of my diet suggested I was allergic or intolerant to and all my health problems disappeared! Additionally I had also given my son the same test and when his allergy test came back negative we were so confused as all he does is sneeze. But after that we were able to get him into an ear,nose, throat doctor who looked at your results and concluded my son actually needed a sinus surgery to correct some anatomical issues blocking his airway. It it weren’t for these tests, we would both still be so sick. So I’m sorry for my disappointment at first and I just want to thank this company for literally saving us. Thank you!!!!!

Happy with the whole service. No need to go to the lab to do the test; non-invasive; pretty quick; detailed; with suggestions to make to your diet. I can recommend this.

In the past I have had a very sudden aggressive case of eczema. After going to the dermatologist and doctor, nothing showed up on their allergy back patch test (an uncomfortable experience and very painful to remove). All I was given was a topical steroid ointment. This would work for a while but symptoms would return. And this is not a good long or short term solution. Alot of side effects. My niece turned me on to your site and after faithfully removing a few items from my diet for a full year. I am now back to enjoying all the foods that I enjoy and no more eczema. Now we have tried this test again (my daughter in law is going through a similar problem). The only change that is with your test that I really miss in the inclusion of the "green" items that would show up on your test. This was a helpful indicator of things we may be eating or exposing ourselves to that we could be sure of continuing to enjoy. If that feature could come back, we would really love it.

Would I recommend this service....yes, but just know it is SLOW...glacial slow.!! The customer service is almost non existent so don't stress yourself by trying to get onto them!!! I got my results after a 7 week wait!! 7 weeks when they say 21 days on the website. This seriously needs to be addressed!!! Were the results accurate, yes. I knew I had some intolerances so the test showed them and then a few more.. that part I'm happy with. So... if your gonna do it...do, but just know you will be waiting!!!

The testing was highly recommended to me by a co-worker and it's very easy to do! I did struggle to fill all of the circles, but I was able to get quick assistance through the live chat online. So far, great experience. I'm excited to get my results back.

I had a problem getting my email so couldn't download forms etc. Within sending a Dm it was all sorted and sent to me within 2mins.

The test picks up the foods you eat on a daily basis. It’s not accurate. I would not trust the results from this kind of testing. Better take blood and test properly. I took a blood test the same time I took a hair sample test with this company and the results were completely oposite. Meaning the blood lab test is accurate and the hair sample test is not accurate.

I spoke to Agent Heather and she really help make the process much easier. The steps from the online/email was a bit tough to understand at first. But she made the process simple to do.

Absolutely sham of a company, firstly your test goes from an office in dublin to a so called uk testing facility, where then it takes 21 days to hear anything, in the mean time..there is no phone service, the chat line is awful, once my results were recieved, on day 21...which is handy considering i asked for a refund...i then get a mail saying results are pending and available in 2 to 3 days, then i get a results are ready mail...which guess what...you cant open...back to the non existence customer services, to be told..oh that was an error..your results are only being tested and will be a further 7 to 10 days...Dont bother folks..i wouldn't trust the results at this stage anyway...if i could give a zero i would...awful awful awful

My experience was good. Use tracking post to send your test. All staff very helpful and courteous. Results were prompt with useful feedback available.

The sample card was missing from the original delivery, and it took them quite a while to send one out. The customer service team said they would include a return envelope, but that wasn't in the second delivery. Just overall disappointing. I haven't received my results yet so I will see how communication is from here to results but at the moment my hopes are on the floor

I bought Pet Sensitivity Test Plus and it's not worth it. Long time to process sample and they lied about tested items in my labs result. They stated in the web site that 300 items will be tested. Including basic products as chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, tuna, pork, milk, etc. When I received the results and question by email about of the absence of the basics meats they emailed saying some were left out of the testing!!! Why??? I did pay for all them and specifically because of them. In other email they say they did tested all the meats. Is clear they are lying and it's fake. Be aware and don't buy.
