Before doing this test I suspected intolerance to many of the products revealed by this company. I visited a physician last year who did a test panel and told my symptoms were nothing. Two weeks ago, I break in hives after a beer. I knew something was off. This test confirmed I have intolerance to beer. I felt dizzy and short of breath.
I received the test but quickly realized that the ferritin only read to 30. I wanted something that read higher than 30 as optimal ferritin is at least 100. I contacted through live chat about returning and was told to email instead. I did that with all of my info and requested a return. I have done so now 3 times and still have not gotten a response about the return. Edit to add: customer service did finally reach out again. Still have not gotten instructions on return but glad to finally get a response. Edit again: still waiting on instructions to return 3 days later. Edit again: thanks for getting back to me about the return. I’ll be returning asap
