Allergy Test

I've used this company several times for myself and my son to help monitor our food sensitivities as we have digestive issues. The tests are spot on. The customer service is great too as my last order I had an issue with a submission and being able to download the form and Blake helped me and was so helpful and quick and knew just what I needed. I'll continue to use them as the tests are spot on, so easy to do, affordable and yhe service is great.

My partner and I both did testing and although the process was incredibly slow, taking over a month or two for each of us to get results after we sent the tests back, we are excited to eliminate flagged allergens and intolerances to see if there's an improvement. I'd rate our experience four star, purely based on the slow pace of receiving results and that neither of us received an email saying our results were ready. We needed to follow these up ourselves with customer service people. On that note, the people we have spoken to have been polite, efficient and resolved out questions. In particular, Kai was very helpful.

Customer Service was very helpful. I ordered my tests and did not realize I needed to store the order email in order to register once I receive the test. I reached out via chat and Cameron was very helpful in recovering my information to obtain the Order number. I was able to register my tests and proceed with the process.

**AS PER ANOTHER ONLINE RESPONSE I HAVE ONCE AGAIN VERIFIED MY ORDER** This company stopped responding to how unhappy I was with this service and the scam of a product months ago. Donna is now responding as if they give customers good service to my old reviews. Don’t be fooled by this. They say they want feedback but non of my feedback was taken onboard and my complaint and issue remains unresolved and not responded to from my last reply. Don’t fall for this scam of a company and its products.

Excellent costumer service. Cameron took the time to thoroughly research my shipment and thoughtfully answered all my questions. They even sent me a screen shot of when my package was expected to arrive to make me feel secure in the process.

Jesse was my Customer Service Rep whilst I was inquiring after my results and he could not have been more helpful. 100 stars for his service, but the results are slower than they advertise. At least you get top shelf help finding out what is happening.

The best customer service I have had in a long time. I didn’t read everything I should have when I sent my test away, I jumped on ‘Live Chat’ and was greeted by ‘Cameron’. What a caring soul. He went above and beyond for me and explained everything to me about the tests. It’s so nice to know there are beautiful customer service agents still out there that actually care.
