Wonderful from pick up to return lng home

Once again my friends and I have just got back from Western Super Mare with Alfa. What another great trip. I would just like to say though that the driver who picked us up from Burtonwood travelling to Birkenhead drop off called 4 times that coach 22 was ready to leave. We were due to leave at 5:45 which everyone was told from the staff at Burtonwood. We left on time and the driver thought everyone was on the coach after 4 time calls. Loud and clear and even over the loud speaker. We were on the highway after 15 mins driving when our driver was informed he had left 2 passengers behind. No the driver did not leave them the fault was theirs. They were not at the bus at the time we were scheduled to go. The driver was so very sorry and then had to wait at Birkenhead for another 30 mins making everyone else on the bus all behind schedule. The fault was not the driver it was the inconsiderate couple who failed to either ignore the time of departure or the 4 loud and clear calls to leave. Everything about our trip was again just brilliant but would just hate to think that our lovely feeder driver was in some way reprimanded for a mistake that was not his fault. Thank you once again Alfa for another brilliant holiday ❤️

Everything was very good. The organisation, the travelling, the hotel, the entertainment, the day out excursions were all very good. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The only let down was the quality of the food. The dining experience was very good, with excellent service. It was just the quality of the food; it was good, but a bit mundane: the sausages were poor, the meats were a bit tough and standard, they seemed "bought in" and not freshly chosen. Some of the dishes seemed to be bought in frozen (wholesale preprepared?) and not made and cooked individually on site.

Friendly and helpful staff. Consideration given to those with reduced mobility. Portage of luggage. Comfortable coach and hotel. The holiday would have been better in season as many of the attractions were closed.

Enjoyed attitude and performance of staff in dining room. Effort made by all staff made holiday very relaxing and enjoyable.

Unseasonal spring sunshine, comfortable coach and hotel with tasty breakfasts and evening meals all contributed to a great break by the sea at Bridlington. thank you, we will be booking another holiday with ALFA very soon.

The hotel and staff and food were great the excursions were really good too

Debbie was an outstanding driver, her knowledgeable was very good and she was fun and engaging, please pass on our comments. Hotel clean and decent. Food average. Service in dining room was unsatisfactory at times. Alfa is a a well organised company, happy to rebook.

Wonderful hotel management and staff very friendly and easy to get along with hotel clean and room ok food very good.Driver caused me a concern going twice round roundabouts to try to fool the driver of the other coach and waving to each other and acting like a child with comments about eatch other once they were separated on the motorway he was very good and considerate about his passengers .

Feeder bit long and wait at hub, however once on road brill. Chris Voitch???our driver was superb, thorough, caring, kept us informed of route and stops and careful driver Managers greeting at hotel was friendly. Staff at Reception - Julie - such a character, Restaurant - Ben n others, House Keeping and Bar staff superb all were happy to help. Got to praise the Chef and staff as food was so yummy Chris took us on trips Cromer, Sheringham n Norwich and gave us lots of Info on the area. Nothing was too much for Chris he helped make everyones break a happy one. We were very happy with It all we did hear some negative comments re places we visited problem being some dont go walk about to see everything and others due to disabilities are limited so have chosen wrong type of holiday or just like to moan. From us --- Chris and Alfa you get 10 out of 10

The journey from and to Newquay from Burtonwood and the excursions was very comfortable and smooth thanks to driver David, and a brand new coach. The Eliot hotel, the room was large and clean and comfortable, the food and choices were very good and very enjoyable. All in all a very enjoyable break. We have already booked the next break in June.

A super hotel, lovely staff, good food and an exceptional driver Dom. would say this was our best Alfa holiday so far. Thanks to all Mrs baker

Hotel very nice, food good, travel was good as all organised throughout. Friendly staff & driver. Good company.

An excellent tour the only trouble was catching ferry from Liverpool not recommended especially when Everton FC are home
