The hotel and staff were excellent. The meals were very good and varied and any requests for a slight variation of a particular meal on the menu was more than happily supplied.

The holiday was good from start to finish,our coach driver was the best we have had,helpful and friendly and knowledgeable, hotel was very good and staff were very friendly,hotel was very clean and meals very good,looking forward to next alfa holiday,10 out of 10 alfa,,

Everything was well organised. Hotel was amazing, staff were all happy and welcoming. I have a food allergy and they handled it amazingly. Gabriela our waitress was great. Talked me through was I was able to have, not have and what they'll be able to alter so im able to have it. I had multiple options for food which was amazing. Hotel room was lovely and clean. Only had a problem keeping the room warm. Which upon speaking to reception. They offered us an additional plug in radiator. Which was placed in our room promptly. My only complaint is that our coach wasn't cleaned prior to us getting on from the feeder coach. Which this stayed the same for the duration of the trip (5days). Bags of rubbish on the sink by the toilet. Rubbish on the floor and in the Pouches on the back of the seats. Our driver Leon was ok. No complaints about his driving. He wasn't very talkative. But did have a strong smell of bo during the trip.

Good drivers good food and good clean room

The driver was very informative and always polite.The rooms were nice clean and comfortable.The service at the bar was very good also.The only thing that let this holiday down was the food at breakfast we repeatedly ask for more toast but only got one slice of toast also I had to send a cheese jacket potatoe back because it was cold.A prawn cocktail starter only had four prawns in it.So what a let down from Alpha first time this as happened at a Alpha Hotel.

Excellent holiday in Tenby. Hotel food and service all great. Will be back soon.

First trip with Alfa to Great Yarmouth and it didn't disappoint. Staff friendly and helpful throughout, Knowledgable driver and good excursions. Lovely clean hotel and decent food. Very impressed and booked for Porthcawl in May.

Trip to Bridlington was excellent. A comfortable journey with Alan. The Monach hotel was superb - spacious, clean, comfortable room. Great food choice and the food was lovely. A nice bar and great entertainment. Would definitely go again.

Friendly coach driver. Nice trips out. Clean hotel. But would be even better if our feeder coach had a toilet.

One of the best trips we have taken. The staff made us very welcome and worked hard to make sure we had a good time. The food was excellent and served hot. The trips were good especially the guided tour of Cardiff. That driver was always making sure no one was missing.

I would have given Alfa a 5* rating except for a couple of issues with the pick up, drop off and the actual coach journey. Positively, the Cumberland Hotel was excellent. Our room was spacious. The food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Negatively, we [and another couple] were waiting at the designated pick up point, on time, but the driver drove past us and had to then find his way back to us which took around 15 minutes. The toilet on the coach allocated to the actual holiday had an 'Out of Order' sign on it before we boarded and for the whole holiday. This was problematic for people [like my wife] who need the reassurance of an available toilet. There was a luggage mix up on the 'drop off' leg of the journey which led to a 30 minute delay 'en route' whilst the driver and a holiday maker tried to locate a missing bag.

Travelling was easy and relaxing with our lovely driver. The hotel was a bit run down but served its purpose of a bed to sleep in. The staff were all very attentive, especially the waiting staff who made sure my dietary restrictions were taken care of.

Smashing Hotel ,really liked it. What was not so good was the travel [traffic ,which i know Alfa have no control over].

Just traveling back from Newquay, where I stayed at the Elliot Hotel, yet again Alfa another fantastic break. The excursions were very good, especially visiting the eden project, where my entrance fee was part of my package with Alfa. Chris are driver was awesome, polite courteous friendly and very knowledgeable of the history of Newquay. Chris even put on an extra trip for us on our free day, to Lands end and St Ives, where again his knowledge was immense. So eager to book another sneaky break for twixmas, even though this is my second Alfa holiday so far of 2025.

People I went with made it a memorable holiday. The hotel was good. The food was good and our waiter was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him. Kieran, our driver, was absolutely brilliant. His driving was excellent, his knowledge of Wales was so interesting and he looked after us so well.

Wow, what a great weekend at Hotel de Paris in Cromer. Food hot and plentiful and so well presented and tasteful. 3 nights of entertainment and two excursions. First trip with Alfa Travel, two more booked, can't wait.

Brilliant driver.

This hotel has a relaxing atmosphere. Staff are lovely very helpful but not in your face. Room comfortable all you need. Food was nice. Entertainment was good. Trips were pleasant but I don’t shop tried a lot of coffee shops. Weymouth beach is lovely and a good easy walk along promenade. Will be going back to this hotel. Our driver was great told us lots of the history and pointed out a lot of buildings etc.
