Our hotel was old fashioned and covered in scaffolding which annoyingly we were only informed about the day before our journey south. Our room was dated but clean. The hotel food was very good and service excellent. We were very lucky with the weather and had a great driver (Ian). Main issues were the delays at the Burtonwood interchange and the length of time spent on the feeder coach returning home. Overall it was great value for money but we would have preferred shorter feeder journeys

Every thing is taken care of by the driver….comfort stops on the way ..hotel very welcoming ..trips out ..hotel spotless..food very good with plenty of choices.my daughter and I just been on our third visit to the monarch hotel at Bridlington…excellent.. hope to go again.. highly recommend alpha travel.

Our Alfa holiday was excellent from start to finish. Our driver Chris was an absolute joy. The hotel Shanklin, accommodation, facilities, food, and very friendly, helpful staff were excellent. Excursions were brilliant. We were totally happy with this holiday. Many Thanks.

Overall it was a good holiday the disappointment was the scilly Isles as there wasn't anything open too early in the season so a 5 hour ferry ride for nothing the hotel was OK but the food for us was poor and bland and a lack of fresh vegetables the driver tony was superb

For the money paid it was good value Hotel was ok, old fashioned but clean and staff superb. Trips were what you get with coach parties and adequate. Isle of Man worth a visit and 7 days enough

Great hotel and lovely friendly staff.Trips out were great, we also booked two of our own would highly recommend the boat cruise. We will be booking again in the future.Was there from 6-12 April.

Our driver, Jim, was so friendly and knowledgeable, always gave loads of information and clear details of the best places to visit and also times of excursions and meeting times. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the food was excellent with plenty of choices

Usual standard of hotel & food. Tired room but comfortable although small. Drivers were great, especially Roy. Excursions were a bit boring . I can visit a town anywhere . Something different would be nice or even dropping off at the seaside.

The staff were all committed to giving excellent service from the travel to the dining room. Especially applauded was Steven at the hotel. Long waits at the interchange hub did rather spoil the final view of the holiday tho. Otherwise excellent value for money with nice hotel. Thankyou Alfa.

Staff at hotel were very efficient and friendly, coach driver was very good and was always there to help. Room was good and plenty of storage space, excursions were excellent, would recommend this holiday to exmouth.

Friendly, informative driver. Good food in hotel (though breakfast late for me), with very efficient waiter. Very reasonably-priced optional trip. Spacious room, with a bath as requested. Room cold. Staff immediately provided a portable heater, but it wasn't very effective.

As always the coach driver was very helpful. The hotel Shanklin was really lovely. Very clean, spacious and welcoming, staff all friendly and very helpful. Room very good spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend it. Was lovely to receive a glass of wine from Alfa with our meal. Thank you Alfa.

HOTEL WAS LOVELY ANDCEAN FOOD WAS ALWAYS NICE AND HOT STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL ,ONLY ONE PROBLEM WHEN WE BOOKED I ASKED FOR A ROOM NEARER THE GROUND FLOORDUE TO THE FACT MY WIFE IS DISABLED AND I CANNOT GO IN LIFTS THY PUT US IN THE HIGHEST FLOOR AND NEARLY ONE OF THE LAST ROOMS THY SAID THY WERE NEVER TOLD AND THY COULD NOT CHANGE THE ROOM SO WE HAD TO STRUGGLE ON HENS THE REASON FOR A 9 HOTEL IN CRIECCIETH WALES

Great value for money, fantastic hotel,clean, well situated. Food was beautifully presented and plenty of it. Staff friendly and polite. Excursions were very good especially with the driver Dave whose knowledge is exceptional. Thank you Alfa

Excellent holiday as usual. Hotel and staff great. Driver great and very knowledgeable which makes our holiday. Day trips are good. Always look forward to my next. We always meet new friends.

Excellent service. Great hotel and food. First coach trip and I loved it. Everyone was relaxed and I had no complaints. Loved the excursions.
