Lovely hotel & staff. Good & polite driver.

A self-drive visit to Newquay and a 6 night stay at the Eliot Hotel. Lovely Hotel and a really good menu with excellent food quality. Nice friendly staff and hotel in a great location.

Welcome and Staff excellent, room fine, well stocked. Soft towels. Good lighting. Entertainment ok. Lovely theatre bar. Meals good and service good. Value, excellent.

Bus driver was amazing, staff were so kind and polite, food was wonderful and room was comfortable and warm. Journey took us about 80/90 miles south before going to Scotland which was alarming as we hadn’t used Alfa before!!!

Coach was on time ( the feeder Coach) We went down from Dewsbury to change Coaches for Dunoon then back up with two stops on the way. Our cases were carefully looked after the whole journey and delivered to our room door. The driver was very good and made good time, he was good at making us laugh too. It rained a fair amount while we were there so went went on the tours to inverary and the Loch Lomond tour. The Hotel was absolutely great, my room was probably an upgraded one as it was pristine and modern. I made friends with the 3 Gents at the dining table and also some of the Ladies at the next table. The food was very good. I came down too early on the first breakfast and had eaten my cornflakes before I realised as the other dining block was lit up and I was alone with low lights, sorry. I scooted back to my room. I was one hour early. All the staff were great and helpful. It was a surprising holiday as I had just come back from Iceland solo and it seemed Alfa had organised a great warm group of People I gave a good review at the Hotel and the bar and the entertainment was also excellent. Thank you so much. 10 out of 10.

Had a fantastic time met lovely people , hotel & staff lovely, Mick the coach driver was really nice and helpful , it would have been great to have an extra day as loads still to see.

Made to feel welcome , the moment we stepped on the bus , by bus driver tony. Gave us all information needed , made to feel welcome in the hotel, table service was good as the food too. Hotel was beautiful & clean too

Tenby staying at clffe Norton hotel 5 days february.what can i say Brilliant,hotel all done up ,great rooms.my sister who as never had a coach holiday was well impressed,the service at breakfast and evening was 100%and the food was served like restaurant quality,same menu as most of there hotels ,but this was in another league,the taste and presenation was 5 stars,dont no who the chef was but you need keep hold of him.entertainment was hit &miss bar staff friendly,management all polite helpfull and friendly,our driver was great and friendly all in all had a brilliant 5 days,off this april for another super saver 5 days .cant wait

The driver of the coach, Roger, was supportive and kept us informed of everything. The staff at the hotel were also helpful.

Just one problem, about 12 people we know of became ill with sickness and diarrhoea. I became very ill the day after we came home. Sunday 23th March. I think it is noro virus. I have managed tea and toast this morning, Tuesday 25th, and I seem to be ok. I am still not well. Think the hotel will need a deep clean. Valerie Hions

A great value holiday to the Isle of Wight. Michelle was a superb driver. The Shanklin Hotel provided the perfect base with comfortable room, good food and entertainment and helpful and friendly staff. I think I would have preferred to visit more places on the island staying less time at each.

The driver was excellent from pickup, and interchange good. Hotel was lovely as was our ground floor room as requested due to disability problems. Hotel staff very kind and courteous. Breakfast lovely however a couple of evening meals not quite up to standard but ok.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were excellent, the driver Phill was amazing very knowledgeable about the area, kind and helpful felt safe and looked after, the trips out were very good, had a lovely holiday.

The holiday to Criccieth was very lovely, made even better with the lovely sunny weather. The trips were great, the transport arrangements were good, the driver of the coach was good. The hotel was excellent and the food was delicious.

The Bayshore Hotel in Sandown is very comfortable with good facilities. The service provided by the staff is excellent. The restaurant provides a wide range of enjoyable food. The service provided throughout by Alfa was first class. Thank you.

this was my first alfa holiday after many years with national and i will never go with them ever again it will always be alfa , everything about it was first class , the staff were great in the hotel the coach driver was outstanding well done callum !!

We had a wonderful holiday in Great Yarmouth staying at the New Beach Hotel with Alfa Travel. Can highly recommend this hotel for a great holiday. Our coach driver Calum was really good. Got us there and back safely and very informative on the trips out. Room, food, hotel staff, day trips out were really good. Didn't want to go back home. Well done Alfa Travel 👏 👏 👏

From start to finish the holiday was good,Mark the driver did a superb job getting us up to the highlands and the staff were brilliant with a special mention for Sancha and Wendy. The food was good and the entertaiment. I enjoyed the trips out which were quite varied. A excellent break.

Two holidays cancelled within our family in the last two weeks. If you want assured holiday time don’t use this operator. Don’t see much point in paying a deposit and have this cancellation clause hanging over your head. No more coach holidays for me.
