Excellent service from the coach journey to the hotel we stayed in

Good good, friendly staff, great position, lovely room, good entertainment. Couldn't fault anything

Fantastic hotel, great food, fab staff. Nice room. Only complaint was the doors slamming in the corridor and we could hear the music. I'd go back again. Different room.

Had an amazing time with my sister on a 5 day trip to Dunoon, laugh out loud funny for the full trip, we blogged our journey for family, first trip with more planned

We went to Scotland on the Saturday 12th April till Wednesday 16th our Driver Derek was superb he made the holiday was always happy and cheerful and was so funny even in the evening at lunch he always made time for you. We went to Loch lomond on the Sunday and it was wonderful then Glasgow on the Tuesday Derek always went out his way to help you. He definitely deserves a mention and award. If people want to go just go you will not be disappointed everything ran so smooth couldn't ask for a better company to travel with

We stayed at The Shanklin on the IOW it was a really great experience from Russelll our driver to the staff at the hotel.We would thoroughly recommend this trip.

Food staff hotel

Comfortable room and excellent food. Well positioned hotel. Good friendly staff. Good coach trip outings with knowledgeable driver with a bit of humour. For me the only downsides were the beer that I drink was not as good as I'm used to and the entertainment at times was a bit lackluster.

Excellent company ,great service and staff very helpful and Friendly, definitely recommend. 2nd holiday with them and another booked for August.

Hotel was lovely and near all amenities. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Coach was very comfortable and driver cheerful efficient and knowledgeable. Trips were very good but not much at Llanberis would have prefered more time at Bets-y-coed.

The driver didn’t stop talking to one of the passengers for hours every day we were going around the national park so there was a drop-down to the bottom and he wasn’t concentrating and that made a lot of us frightened on the coach also we came back very early a couple of days he seemed to want to get back quickly so we missed places that we should have gone to but everything else was great the hotel was lovely

Professional coaching, attentive staff in a clean and well cared for historic hotel, well cooked and presented food and a range of trips to suit everyone. A great holiday in a lovely part of England.

The whole holiday package from leaving from my local pickup point was a breath of fresh air meeting the driver who looked after me making me feel welcome n wanted on board the coach to arrive ving at burtonwood interchange was fantastic thankyou so very very much and then onwards to our holiday resort was the best holiday yet such an amazing island Great laughs fantastic staff lovely food n the excursions was brilliant thankyou to Stuart and the whole team of Alfa travel I look forward to booking our next holidays soon

Good food , great driver in Brett eventhough he was from another company A bit disappointed that I had a single bed Can't wait for my next one which is Llandudno in just over 4 weeks

Really enjoyed this holiday Hotel was excellent, food good and a clean hotel can't falter this holiday would book again as staff at the hotel nothing was too much trouble for them

Drivers knowledge of area billiant, he really helped to make it a memorable trip. Hotel very nice, staff and food very good

Coach driver was callum absolutely great very curtious and kind. Nothing to much for him The hotel not impressed with food everytime we ate was Luke warm or cold the top chef apparently was off the only time the meal was acceptable was Wednesday evening hot as it should be no warming of plates or anything. I ate out 2 times cos the menu wasn't any good or nothing I found suitable to eat so added Xtra cost

All round excellent experience and such good value my only criticism on this occasion was the evening entertainment which was poor on two of the four nights, I would suggest most strongly that you consider a DJ who will be able to offer a wide range of music and take requests for your guests which will please more of the people more of the time and be more suitable for dancing
