Wonderful holiday to Tenby, nice hotel, lovely view from our room overlooking sea (we paid extra for this) staff very courteous and friendly, excellent food. Coach driver Kieran a lovely man, very knowledgeable about our journey to Wales giving us lots of facts about places and history over the years. He’s a proud Welsh man.

Lovely hotel, including the food. Pick ups and travel all went smoothly. The included excursions were not the most interesting and covered some same places as another trip. But overall very good value for money.

The Seabank Hotel must have one of the best seaviews in the country.Lounge just refurbished.Food great.Staff are wonderful. .

Very easy to book our holiday online and seamless pick up. It would be helpful if the transfer staff at Tamworth had loud speakers as it is easy to miss your call but other than that they are extremely efficient. Hotel location was good and staff excellent with nothing too much trouble. Hotel room was extremely small and walls very thin but immaculately clean. Food good with enough choices. Overall a very enjoyable, good value for money holiday.

Fantastic Trip to The Anchor Head Hotel, Weston Super Mare, met some wonderful people, the rooms are spotless, food good quality, staff friendly and helpful, Great Location, would Recommend it, so good going back with 2 others next year. Local pickup points, great driver's, Give Alfa Travel a Go you can't go wrong and the Prices are Brilliant, with Fantastic day's out included.

Our driver (Andrew) Very knowledgeable, his commentary was brilliant. Explained everything during all the weeks travels, hotel staff excellent, food very good, rooms clean and tidy, entertainment very good.

Had a really nice holiday and was able to meet up with old friends. I live in the North of England and have friends in the South.Chose a 5 day holiday and was able to meet two sets of friends I hadn’t met for a number of years. Stayed in Bournemouth hotel was warm bedroom was was nice food and staff couldn’t top class.

i had never been to Melrose it was my 1st coach trip anywhere so didn't know what to expect. the drivers were friendly and knowledgable. The pick was smooth and on time, and taken the scenic rout going was lovely. On arrival to the hotel, the welcome was warm and inviting having the luggage taken to the room was a nice surprise, my room was clean and comfortable and met my needs a 100%. All the hotel staff were brilliant and couldn't so enough to make my stay enjoyable. Never been to Scotland, again the trips were amazing and the country dancing was so much fun, the return journey with a stop at Berwick was very good. I can't thank you enough for a marvellous break i will certainlybook again. My one complaint was a dog (not a guide dog) allowed in the restaurant at meal times

Everyone was so polite and nothing was too much trouble. This was my first time with Alpha and no question was deemed too silly. The food was very good definately home cooked and the waiting staff very efficient. I was particularly impressed thith the lady who cleaned my room - she was there when I came in oneday and remarked that the room seemed cold. She offered to get me a blanket and a small heater if I needed it. small touches like this are what makes a holiday great.

Great value for money, good food , great driver

The staff were always very kind, pleasant, and helpful. we had a great view from our hotel room, and it was a lovely room. We enjoyed the food. We didn't try any of the evening entertainment, bingo, etc. So can't comment on that, we were tired after full days out.

For the money it was good value. Staff were excellent food very good room good just a bit of noise from outside fan entertainment ok and half price bar was a bonus thank you Metropole Hotel Torquay

The hotel in Porthcawl is excellent, great position and ideally located close to all amenities. The hotel team are all extremely pleasant, friendly and committed to delivering excellent standards for customer comfort

The total care, from transport arrangements, to hotel. Freedom to pursue individual preferences, yet company and activity available, appropriate to varying ages of clientele.

The hotel was very good and the staff were very pleasant and couldnt gave been more helpful. The driver Richard was excellent and I certainly hope to see him again when I book for next year. I will certainly mention the holiday at my line dancing classes and may be able to get up a small, party-

We love the Eliott hotel. All the staff were very friendly and remembered us from previous visits. The food was delicious and we struggled to finish the large portions. Our driver Tony was lovely and full of information.

Drivers Andy & Sean were great. Andy in particular had great knowledge of the areas in and around Tenby which made the holiday much more enjoyable. The weather was really good which was a bonus. Cliffe Norton hotel very clean and comfortable. Food good and staff excellent. Entertainment every night.
