This was our first time on a coach tour so didn't know what to expect. Everything seems to be organised really well and our driver Joe was very nice and advised us times etc.
We knew that Alfa Travel had only had this hotel since December 2023 and knew that it needed some updating, but it was very clean and the beds were so comfortable and it's in great location.
The food was excellent much better than we thought it was going to be and a good choice on the menus. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient, especially the waitresses who worked very hard, and also the manager who was available if you needed him.
The only issue we had was on one of the daytrips when 4 people were still not back after waiting an hour for them. We wondered if it was a good idea for you to give the driver a contact number for all the people travelling on the coach, then, he could at least ring them to see if there was a problem or if they had forgotten the time or even got lost. This saves the other passengers getting a bit stroppy about it, but it is understandable when they are sat there waiting and cuts down your time at the next location.
Other than that we had a fabulous time so thank you very much Alfa Travel.
