Great journey down to Isle of Wight. Steve is a great driver. Shanklin Hotel brilliant, lovely food and accommodation

The hotel was clean and welcoming . The staff are excellent. Breakfasts amazing , dinner was good but lacked heat ,but when mentioned was rectified. Good selection. Entertainment was good. Enjoyed Tracey K, James Rees and Teresa Dawkins especially. Francesca did finish at 10.30 so felt short changed. Mentioned it at Reception and was told would look into it.Other than that a perfect self drive say

Went to Scotland And stayed at Rob Roy hotel looked a bit old the rooms was a good size had dirty linen on the bed. The hotel food was good only one small bar area. We only had two nights entertainment out of four nights, hotel is situated in the middle of the country so you couldn’t wonder away very from the hotel..dangerous roads No footpath. coach driver was brilliant kept informed on the trips.. we did get fed up with souvenir shops at these places.

Tour driver was very professional and pleasant. Staff at the hotel were exceptional. Very efficient and always happy to help.

The bus drivers were amazing.

It was relaxing and everyone was friendly.the hotel was clean and staff very helpful. John our driver was friendly and approachable. Now we have tried these holidays we will be booking again next year

As soon as you get on the coach you dont have to worry about anything! Your cases are all taken care of, the staff at the interchange are very helpful. The coaches are really comfortable and you get enough comfort breaks along the way to your destination . The Regina Hotel although needs updating in a few places was really nice , staff lovely, nothing was too much trouble . The rooms were spotless clean and lovely comfy bed and pillows . The public areas and toilets were spotless clean and had lovely fresh smell . The restauraunt staff were really good food came quickly no waiting ...staff friendly and very helpful . Breakfast was great too ! Enjoyed every second! thank you .

The hotel although needs updating it was a stunning building architecturally. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The hotel was lovely and the food delicious. However, we were very disappointed that once again we had to travel on a Grayway. We were hoping to travel on one of your lovely new coaches you advertise. We only saw 2 Alfa coaches the entire time we were away. Even at the hotel they were all 3rd party coaches. Where were all the Alfa coaches?

We stayed at Weston super mare Somerset Hotel was good Staff helpful and polite Our coach driver Josh was brilliant and very helpful The tours were good

The hotel was good, the excursions were good. Wasn't impressed with the service stations where we stopped. Washington and Rotherham

The whole trip ran like clockwork from start to finish.Slight delay waiting for other coaches at the interchange on the return journey but it was out of Alfa's control. Hotel exceeded our expectations, staff having shares in the company obviously works a treat.

Returned from holiday in bournmouth absolutely fantastic 👏 driver Daz was amazing. Nothing too much trouble. An absolute credit to the company. We was delayed on the way there because of rta but daz took a detour through the new forest and what a treat! Hotel was lovely we paid extra for superior room which was well worth the extra. The room consisted of separate living room bedroom plus a bath Big enough to go swimming in! Plenty of trips out Would definitely be booking with alpha again.

Just returned from 5days in Bognor Regis staying at the Royal Norfolk hotel.Excellent service throughout from all the caring and considerate staff especially "rapid" Riley in the restaurant. Good food, with a varied menu, ( brilliant hot breakfast) clean and comfortable sea view room, entertainment each evening with usual bingo, danced the night away. Met some lovely people. Great tours to Arundal, Chichester and Portsmouth, many thanks to our careful driver Brett.

You know what you are going to get when you book a holiday with Alfa. And that's exactly what we got. The feeder bus was on time and the transfer to our tour bus was good and the journey down to Cornwall was very smooth. The hotel was a little bit old and looked well used over the years. Our room was very small but was very clean and looked like it had a refurb. The meals were basic but enough to satisfy my hunger. The young lady in the bar was outstanding. A lovely young woman. The tours were also quite good.

This Felixstowe holiday and hotel are new to Alfa. The staff are working hard to turn the Orwell Hotel around, after having a history of issues. Staff listen to customers, and are all v helpful and pleasant, with managers interracting with customers to obtain their views and opinions. Issues are addressed immediately. The hotel has a lot of history and character. There wasn't any usual entertainment, and bingo I believe twice whilst there - prizes of a hose reel, penguin, and celebrity cardboard cutout, so I heard. There are pleasant quiet seating areas, and a nice garden next to the car park to sit in, if warm enough! The bed was comfortable, and room clean. However, the food is of a low standard, and I found drinks to be expensive. Therefore, after eating in on the first night, and staying in the bar afterwards, my friend and I ate out all other nights. I know that management are working on improving food options in the near future. I do hope that they succeed in their endeavour. Felixstowe, a straight 10 minute walk to sea front, through town, had a pleasant prom and gardens to stroll along, amusement arcades, and a pier. Excursions: Colchester, Aldeburgh, Dedham and Southwold - the latter being my favourite. Nearby amenities: restaurants, Sainsburys, Tesco, Iceland, charity shop, railway station, charity shops, coffee shops. Happy holidays!
