Just got back a week ago, Alfa in Weymouth, royal hotel.hotel clean, room and bedding clean. Paintwork in corridors and on doors battered a bit . I told my first server I could not have garlic but I was never asked again so kept asking myself.i did get a marker on day 4 after another waitress told me I should have mentioned it and I said I did the first day .the wrong person then got blamed and confronted me even though it was politely done,then said it was sorted,and as everything went into the same fryer they couldn't guarantee garlic free and it was ok because I'd been ok all week so it shouldn't matter. How would she know I'd been ok all week?? I'm not allergic but I do get upset stomachs. Weymouth is beautiful, trips were lovely, driver lovely, but I m afraid I wouldn't stay again at that hotel.i travel with Alfa every year now and have never had a complaint before .
