We had a really great 5 day holiday in the Isle of Wight. The Shanklin Hotel was in a great position and the staff were friendly and very helpful. There was a good range of evening meal choice and it was always served hot. The breakfast choice was very extensive. The two days of trips we went on were very good and it was nice to have a free day too. Our driver was very good and helped us in any way he could.

Great hotel, Management, Staff, Food. Our Coach Trips carried out by our excellent Driver namely:- "Sean":- very good and informative. Bedroom comfortable, Not bothered about the view from bedroom as it is a base to sleep in and explore from, the shower room area small but, was very powerful in use. Inclusive full day trips x 3 and the half day addition trip were all very enjoyable. Our trip was an 8 day visit to Ilfracombe (Imperial Hotel) and including surrounding area.

Lovely comfortable hotel and fabulous meals, staff were all very helpful. Packed lunch for journey home was a good idea. All the excursions were excellent, we had really good weather and Brian the driver was very helpful and friendly. I couldn’t fault anything. I really enjoyed my first trip to Wales and have already started looking for my next Alfa holiday.

Our first time with Alfa, better than expected. Great driver, Craig. Lovely large, comfortable hotel room, especially the bathroom, very clean. Fantastic seaview. Only drawback was the loud music , especially on the last evening, as our room was directly above, thankfully ended at 11pm. Hotel staff all lovely. Breakfasts fine, evening meals ok. Excursions good though would have liked longer in most places. Our first experience of the Burtonwood interchange, the worst part of the holiday, chaotic, but expect this keeps costs down & gives a greater choice of holidays so worth the inconvenience. Looking where to go next!

Our driver Richard from Black Cat Coaches was excellent both in his driving and keeping us all informed about the day's events. The Royal Norfolk Hotel was also very well run, clean and comfortable. The staff were al very helpful too. It was a really good 7 day holiday.

Was made very welcome staff were very friendly and helpful was a lovely hotel hospitality staff very helpful and very friendly it was clean and comfortable meal were amazing nothing was to much bother good entertainment coach driver was friendly and made everyone feel welcome

the holiday was great hotel staff very good food first class the day trips great made better by our driver sean the only blemish on a fantastic break was our feeder driver who picked us up at cleveleys and dropped us off not a nice man

Cumberland hotel Scarborough. Nigel our driver was great and an excellent driver. Food well cooked and a good variety was offered. Lovely big room with walk in shower. Water provided in the room (upgraded) plus good quality tea and coffee. Great staff in the dining room especially our waiter Glyn! Excursions were good especially Helmsley, Pickering and Beverley. We love villages as apposed to towns.

Great holiday overall but would mention that no-one thought Matlock Bath was a decent enough venue to be there for the length of time given - also loads of shops and cafe’s shut - not sure it wasn’t half closing day. We went to Holmfirth on Friday - that was a lovely little town with lots of independent shops - very much enjoyed that and the scenic drive.

I went on holiday earlier in the year and found it really good so I went back for a second holiday . The staff at the Waverly welcomed you and also took your luggage to your room . The food was wonderful, the hotel was spotless .The staff was brilliant and nothing was to much, Tm waiter Morgan was brilliant friendly and helpful. The guys in the bar was brilliant friendly nice atmosphere. If do don't drink alcohol there is mock tails with no alcohol and there was selection. The bus drivers looked after you Jim and Dom also Robbie the entertainer was brilliant there are Quizzes and bingo plus entertainment ,I cannot fault this place at i would score 100% well worth a visit Alfa are really good coach firm and very good Price for the holiday

Very good trip to Newquay, hotel very good standard, comfortable and clean room, still a little shabby on the upper corridors but still kept clean. Food was good and dining room clean and spacious.

Overall the holiday was great with some good day trips through the Derbyshire Dales. The coach driver was excellent. The Leonardo hotel in Sheffield where we stayed was aimed at the businessman so was of good quality. The bedroom and breakfast was very good. Two things let it down 1. lack of evening entertainment even though when booking online it said entertainment most nights. 2. Poor quality evening dinner, very basic menu with some food poorly cooked, you could tell it was done on a tight budget.

Just returned from an 8 day tour to Ilfracombe our Driver Nigel was fantastic courteous knowledgeable about the Area And a brilliant Driver The Hotel was good and the staff from reception Bar and dining room were brilliant A special mention must go to Alex our server He introduced himself the first night and told us if we needing anything or advice in the local area just ask A real asset to the hotel and staff A long journey but lovely holiday Very well organised at every Level Elva&Stanley

Wonderful holiday great hotel clean comfy beds. Food always hot and well presented. Lovely waitress. Trips were brilliant with added bonus of a boat trip. Would definitely go back but not soon as have many other Alfa holidays booked

The driver Clive was brilliant the staff at the hotel were so lovely the food was good the service was also very good . The dessert was only one let down , warm puddings not hot and the custard was just a sauce. The rooms we were thankful for ground floor but unfortunately the room was not clean very dusty I cut my arm on the soap dispenser in the shower a few times it is in an awkward place. Overall entertainment was brilliant and the holiday on the whole enjoyable thank you we enjoy holidays with Alfa the booking service brilliant thank you all

Lovely hotel,staff food,excursions and Nigel our driver. Not too keen on the interchange experience this is the first time we have done this. Other companies we have travelled with is direct to hotel.

We had a lovely holiday. The hotel was clean and everyone friendly. The food was really good and I could pick and choose what I wanted.The servers were really good and friendly. The domestics were always on top of there job. We have no complaints about anything

We have just returned from our 3rd Alfa holiday and again have been very impressed. All have been fantastic value for money - drivers and hotel staff very friendly, helpful and well organised, great food and lovely hotels. We will certainly book again.
