Good driver and good excersions

Brilliant driver very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and food good but room too small for two people. Wardrobe was about 18 inches wide and there were only 3 small drawers. Bed was very lumpy and uncomfortale

Lovely holiday, hotel good, driver lacked people skills

To start. Great value for money. Great staff at the hotel couldn't be more helpful and friendly. food was really good plenty of choice. Richard, our driver was top draw. Cool, calm and collected. Nothing was too much trouble. Bedroom was basic but very clean. You need to put some kind of ventilation in the upstairs hallways. Phew stifling. Pity the themed nights weren't on or the theatre outing. Trips out were good. Some Id been to before. Donkey sanctuary was much better than I expected. I adopted a donkey. We had the benefit of a choir singing in the court yard. I was afraid to go on the boat ride but it was fine. Interesting to see the aircraft carrier. The history of the area was interesting.

The coach driver (Jed) and everyone on the staff of the Regina Hotel were extremely helpful and always had a smile. The food was very good and there were plenty of options on the menu. The hotel's situation, on the promenade was excellent and the included excursions added to our enjoyment. The porterage was very welcome.

Excellent hotel. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant, nothing too much trouble from the management level to the cleaners. Magda our waitress was first class & the food was excellent with plenty of choice & quality. Coach driver Tony gave us a pleasant journey down & back & made the excursions enjoyable with his knowledge of the area. Room was spotless on arrival (first time we have upgraded) & was well worth it. Room serviced every day, faultless. All in all a great holiday & looking forward to our next with Alfa in July. A big thank you to everyone involved in making our holiday experience first class.

Just come back from King Charles hotel in Gillingham .Would not recommend. On entering car park it looks like a bomb site. Toilet was badly stained in bottom. Blood on bathroom floor. Skirting board needed a scrub. Meals not up to standard. We had to order Three days in advance and they still got it wrong. Would not stay here again. Don't get me wrong, not a problem with Alpha or our driver Keith. Just the hotel.

Royal Hotel Weymouth. An uneventful journey down. I agree with a previous review that Burtonwood is too small for the number of people using it. We had to stand until our coach was called as there were no seats available. Our driver, Tom, was very good and I felt safe sitting eight behind him. The hotel, Grade 2 listed, was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room, 108, was beautiful with a balcony and magnificent views. The food was varied with a reasonable choice, cooked well and hot when it was supposed to be hot. We did not go on the excursions as we love the resort and wanted to spend time there, nor did we use the provided evening entertainment. It was our sort of holiday, as we wanted it, in a place we like and a hotel we like. Denise and her team lived up to our hopes and we thank all concerned.

1st holiday with Alfa although been to the Metropole hotel 5 times. Feeder coaches have always put us off. However it all ran smoothly with only a short wait each way. Love the Metropole hotel helpful friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with good food, although we thought the portions were shrinking from previous visits but we never went hungry!

Because you made it a perfect holiday and I can't wait for my next one in September to the island of white and ready to book another two more next year so we will see you soon thank you so much

Just returned from a five day break to Porthcawl, somewhere new for us. This was our first Alfa holiday and we will be booking more. Our Driver, Darren was excellent. Friendly, helpful and made us feel safe while driving. Coach was immaculate and comfortable and staff at the hotel were lovely. Thank you.

Fantastic time at the Waverley Hotel Melrose.Big shout out to Daniel& James for putting together an amazing team and for the forward planning to bring this hotel back to high standards. Yes hotel is tired in area's but all other aspects of our stay was fabulous. Morgan was a total star in the dinning room and is definitely a manger in the making.Entertainment was good when we stayed. The setting is perfect,Melrose is so close,beautiful to walk around and so welcoming and friendly. Many thanks to driver Paul Hook,excellent journey's and more than helpful.Credit to the team. I can't wait to go back next April(2026).

Well looked after at The Hydro,Llandudno, as always. Good food. Exceptional staff 5*. Only slight problems were the coach used was an Olympic one and the seating was very cramped (no leg room at all) and the aisle was very narrow and cramped. Also, the coffee satchets in the rooms have been changed from Nescafé to a cheaper brand which is not very nice. Otherwise a lovely holiday - that’s why we return to the Hydro 5 or 6 times a year.

Lovely driver, Roy very friendly and knowledgeable. All staff also very friendly, nothing too much trouble food very good, plenty of choices. Room nice and clean and good size for a single. Only down side is everywhere needs painting, making it a bit grubby looking!
