Terrible insurance broker, work of commission, look for excuses to cancel policy’s, anything from mileage to occupation. They then charge £200 for cancellation which they keep for themselves. Avoid everytime

Obnoxious and arrogant staff - they called me about a discrepancy THEY instigated whilst I was on holiday then treat me like I'd done something wrong! They then. cancelled the policy, asked me for security questions but told me my answer was wrong then gave me the correct answer (a completely different name!). Absolutely shambolic. Avoid like the plague.

Exit fees are outrageous - and not that obvious when you sign up. My daughter passed her test after less than 2 months with them but after fees, was charged nearly 70% of the annual cost. Might be ok if you take a year to pass, otherwise, AVOID!!!
