SHAMBOLIC - Obnoxious and arrogant staff, cancelled policy
Obnoxious and arrogant staff - they called me about a discrepancy THEY instigated whilst I was on holiday then treat me like I'd done something wrong! They then. cancelled the policy, asked me for security questions but told me my answer was wrong then gave me the correct answer (a completely different name!). Absolutely shambolic. Avoid like the plague.
