Has very predatory contracts which don't mention cancellation fees, FCA guidelines say to not trust a business that doesn't clearly state the amount or how to find the amount to pay if you cancel. Found out that no one knows how much the fee is and that it can be any number they decide. Edit: spoken to complaint team and they sorted it all out, the advisor I spoke to didn't really know what they were talking about and got me panicked thinking the charge is over 100 but ended up being less than 50
They just want to mug you off for money
There were some hidden fees and not told about them until after purchase
I cannot explain how helpful these guys were they got me insured straight away even though I’m learning they didnt charge silly prices
So far it has been smooth. I purchased through confused.com comparison and the documents and everything else has come through.

I’ve never heard of A-Choice before. I run a comparison and they came up with the best quote for me. It was good enough to make me pay in 1. Had to contact them a couple of times to check that everything is ok and staff were pleasant and courteous. Happy to be a customer. Keep doing a great job Smiley. 🤗
