Sarah was amazing, explained everything. The waiting time 40 minutes to speak to someone was annoying but Sarah was so helpful which I really appreciated after such a long wait.
Extremely easy and great prices.
Zero Stars I have had an extremely disappointing experience with A Choice Insurance, and I feel it is important to share my concerns. I initially chose A Choice because their premium was significantly cheaper for insuring my Mercedes-Benz C-Class. For context, the vehicle had been parked on private property for two years. During that period, I ensured it remained road-legal by keeping its MOT and road tax up to date, and I arranged temporary cover when necessary. My everyday car at the time was a Volkswagen Golf, which I recently sold before insuring the Mercedes-Benz with A Choice. The issues began when I declared my four years of No Claims Bonus (NCB). A Choice requested evidence of this within 30 days of the policy start date. I provided my NCB certificate from VW Insurance, which covered my Volkswagen Golf. However, A Choice refused to accept it, insisting instead on proof of NCB for the Mercedes-Benz, despite my explanation that the vehicle had been off the road and the NCB was earned on the Golf I had sold. This led to repeated and, in my view, unreasonable questioning. I explained clearly that the Mercedes-Benz had been parked on private property, not on public roads, and therefore did not require continuous insurance. Despite this, the policy was cancelled. At that point, I had already paid for the first month and had just made my second payment. I expected either a refund or a clear breakdown of charges. Instead, I was informed that I owed £75 in cancellation fees, but despite several requests, no proper breakdown of these charges was ever provided. After two months of silence, I then received correspondence from a debt recovery agency, threatening legal action if I did not pay. To avoid unnecessary stress and the risk of a CCJ over a relatively small sum, I reluctantly paid—by this point, the amount had increased to £130. This experience has left me with the impression that A Choice prioritises finding loopholes to avoid honouring fair claims or refunds. I strongly advise others to consider paying a slightly higher premium with a more reputable insurer, as the stress and hidden costs of a “cheaper” option may end up costing far more in the long run. The lesson here is simple: cheaper is not always better.

Being an elderly lady I am not up to the minute dealing with matters that I need in everyday life eg.dealing with correspondence via E.Mails and in general understanding and trying to keep up to date with all the changes in my life so you can imagine how I felt having a very understanding and patient person helping me understand all that I should know and making sure all was understood which gave md great peace of mind and all in my best interest.
Called twice today and both of the ladies very helpful .
the people taking the calls were very helpful and helped me out really quickly and efficiently.
