Mixed experience
Has very predatory contracts which don't mention cancellation fees, FCA guidelines say to not trust a business that doesn't clearly state the amount or how to find the amount to pay if you cancel. Found out that no one knows how much the fee is and that it can be any number they decide. Edit: spoken to complaint team and they sorted it all out, the advisor I spoke to didn't really know what they were talking about and got me panicked thinking the charge is over 100 but ended up being less than 50
